Transportation
Travel time from the surrounding airports to The Capital Hilton are provided below.
- Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive.
- Dulles International Airport is approximately an hour drive.
- Baltimore-Washington International Airport is approximately an hour drive.
The Capital Hilton is approximately a 10-minute drive from Union Station.
Taxis and ride shares are readily available at all airports and Union Station. If traveling from Union Station, there are also Metro lines that will take you to the hotel.

Parking
Valet parking is currently available at the hotel at a rate of $75 per night, there is no self-parking option. If you wish to self-park, options near the hotel are provided below as well as apps that will assist in finding the best parking options.

Registration Check-in and Logistics
Registration will open at 8:00am on Monday, April 20th in Foyer 1. A floor plan of the second floor where the Summit’s meetings will take place can be found here.
The Summit will begin with Pre-Summit Workshops on Monday, April 20th and conclude on Wednesday, April 22nd with the Closing Activities.
Meals
Breakfast and lunch will be served during your time at the Summit on Tuesday. Breakfast on Wednesday will be provided.
If you have any dietary needs noted on your registration, there will be tickets located in the back of your badge that you will provide to a server as your needs apply.
