Humanizing Leadership Institute: $380

The Humanizing Leadership Institute will equip leaders, at all levels, with tools for personal inquiry and growth that supports shifts in organizational and community culture, team development, policies and procedures, and best practices to lead with belonging and shared accountability at the center. Participants will engage with peers in courageous conversations that deepen self awareness and introspection to be conscious and intentional about one’s locus of control to meaningfully impact students, one another, and the overall learning environment.
Realizing Potential with Mindset: $380

Realizing Potential with Mindset focuses on educators’ capacity to reevaluate and transform their approach to understanding their own behavior and reactions to feedback, and how that personal self-assessment can influence their students and classroom culture. Current research examines the role of educator mindset and how institutional culture shapes student outcomes. In this session, participants will explore the value of asset-based relationships between educators and students, as well as critical factors that contribute to student engagement, persistence, and achievement.
Collaborative Institutional Process for Student Success (CIPSS): $380

CIPSS is NAPE’s newest research-based professional learning program which improves student outcomes, access, and success through collaborative systems change and critically conscious and student-centered data analysis for sustainable transformation. In this session, participants will gain a basic understanding of the five-step program improvement process along with tangible ways to apply frameworks about systems change, student voice, and humanizing data to their work. This session will also serve as an invitation to participate in the grant funded 2027-2028 CIPSS professional learning program limited to 12 institutions.
