Humanizing Leadership Institute: $380

The Humanizing Leadership Institute will equip leaders, at all levels, with tools for personal inquiry and growth that supports shifts in organizational and community culture, team development, policies and procedures, and best practices to lead with belonging and shared accountability at the center. Participants will engage with peers in courageous conversations that deepen self awareness and introspection to be conscious and intentional about one’s locus of control to meaningfully impact students, one another, and the overall learning environment.

Eliminating Opportunity Gaps through Perkins V: $380

April 20, 2026, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT 
The Eliminating Opportunity Gaps through Perkins V interactive session will equip participants with the tools and mental frameworks needed to conduct the Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment with a focus on student success. This work will be framed in the context of the Local Needs Assessment procedure, as required in the Perkins Act, through a data-driven institutional change model used to assist state and local education agencies to improve their performance on the accountability measures defined in the Perkins Act. Participants will develop the mindset, knowledge, and skills necessary to address the opportunity gaps in Career and Technical Education Programs.

Realizing Potential with Mindset: $380

April 20, 2026, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT  Realizing Potential with Mindset focuses on educators’ capacity to reevaluate and transform their approach to understanding their own behavior and reactions to feedback and how that personal self-assessment can then impact their students and classroom culture. Current research includes the impact of educator mindset and how institutional culture impacts student outcomes. In this session participants will explore the impact of asset-based relationships between educators and students and critical factors that impact student engagement, persistence, and achievement.
